CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC is a community based physical therapy and wellness practice committed to providing quality comprehensive rehabilitation services to all of our patients. For over 7, years we have provided physical therapy treatment for orthopedic injuries, workplace injuries, and motor vehicle injuries to name a few.

CAM Physical therapy was started by Carlos A. Martinez in 2003 with one location, Hyattsville. Having a previously establish reputation within the industrial rehab industry, word quickly spread of the quality services and demand grew. In 2009, CAM grew by 2 more facilities. Location in Laurel and near Bowie were added with the goal of enhancing the patient experience within a wider area of Prince George's County.

The vision of the company is to continuously grow in size and services to help a greater population of PG County and beyond.
