CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC. is a community based physical therapy and wellness practice committed to providing quality comprehensive rehabilitation services to all of our patients. We provide physical therapy treatment for orthopedic injuries, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and motor vehicle injuries. The practice is owned and operated by Carlos A. Martinez, PT who has been practicing physical therapy for over 15 years beginning as a physical therapy specialist in the United States Air Force. CAM Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with the utmost courtesy and compassion. We employ a team approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions. We will work closely with you, your physician, your insurance carrier and your nurse case manager to achieve the goals outlined during your initial evaluation. Our 2400 square foot facility will allow us to treat you in a way that you will not feel crowded or rushed to finish a program.
