Carlos started his Physical Therapy career in 1987 when he enlisted into the U.S. Air Force. Carlos left the Air Force in 1993 where he worked as a Physical Therapy assistant. He went on to receive his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University where he graduated with honors in 1995. Carlos has specialized in Orthopedics and has an extensive background in various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Mr. Martinez is a member of Beta Kappa Chi National Scientific Honor Society, Golden Key National Honor Society and College of Allied Health Sciences National Honor Society. He is also a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has worked in the Workers' Compensation industry for over 20 years and was trained by one of the Washington Metropolitan area's leading industrial rehabilitation specialists. He has worked closely with physicians, nurse case managers, vocational rehabilitation specialists, insurance adjusters and attorneys.
