Janesa has been working in the healthcare industry since 2007. During that time, she acquired an extensive knowledge of rehabilitation policies and procedures. She started working at CAM in 2008 as our Front Desk Coordinator in the Hyattsville office. In this position, she communicated extensively with patients, insurance adjusters, nurse case managers, vocational rehabilitation specialists, lawyers, physicians and other healthcare professionals. She was eventually promoted to front desk supervisor. In this position, she supervised the receptionists in all of our facilities. She then became CAM’s Billing and Collections lesion where she oversaw and managed our outsourced billing and collections team. Janesa was next promoted to Director of Billing and Collections where she led our in-house billing and collections team. Because of her unparalleled work ethic and commitment to our practice and patients, Janesa was again promoted. In April 2016, she was promoted to Practice Administrator. In this position, she oversees all business operations of our practice. Her communication skills have allowed for expeditious resolution of issues allowing for a pleasant patient and staff experience. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in the Physical Therapy profession have enabled her to excel and facilitate growth in our practice. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping and spend time with friends and family.
